After attending film school, he worked on sets in New Zealand and the UK, gaining hands-on experience in storytelling and production. His time at leading visual effects studios deepened his understanding of the industry’s technical demands.

As the founder of his own production company and a seasoned freelancer, Tom navigated the challenges of managing projects and tight deadlines while delivering exceptional work. Later, as Head of Creative and Production at a tech startup, he combined his media expertise with innovative workflows.

Having faced the same hurdles as videographers and editors, Tom knows the pressures of chasing files, meeting deadlines, and ensuring everything is just right. His experience drives JubJub’s mission to empower creators with tools that eliminate operational headaches and allow them to focus on their craft.

Gilberto Pochett – Co-founder and CTO
